A mod added to the existing PC game to enable VR. A dedicated VR mod built for this one game. These are normally the best experiences, because controls, menus and comfort were designed for VR rather than injected.

Use the official compiled release linked above. Published source information does not establish a PCVR Central hardware test.
Installation
Install Steam006’s Silent Hill 3 PC Fix and ZealotTormund’s Camera Mod, then extract Pre-Release 1.0.2 beside sh3.exe. Start SteamVR/Virtual Desktop before the game; SH3VRConfig.exe configures supported settings.
Limitations
The README still links an older beta; use the current tagged release. Invisible models/textures, sewer-water reflections and incomplete campaign testing remain. Meta Horizon Link is unverified.
