DLVR for Dying Light: The Beast
for Dying Light: The Beast · by Mamfro · released 13 Oct 2026
A mod added to the existing PC game to enable VR. A dedicated VR mod built for this one game. These are normally the best experiences, because controls, menus and comfort were designed for VR rather than injected.

Pre-alpha status
DLVR v0.3.0 is a game pack for Monaka VR. The creator labels The Beast support pre-alpha and says it is little tested; cinematics have not been reviewed, and some features have not been checked in a headset. The pack may need updates as Monaka's API changes.
Requirements and limitations
Use the Steam version of Dying Light: The Beast, DirectX 12, and Monaka VR v0.2.0. Online play and co-op are unsupported. The creator lists a black-headset issue that may be fixed by clicking into the game window, and a shoulder-reach weapon wheel that may not work. PCVR Central has not tested this mod on hardware.
