Dedicated VR modPCVRExperimentalActive

A mod added to the existing PC game to enable VR. A dedicated VR mod built for this one game. These are normally the best experiences, because controls, menus and comfort were designed for VR rather than injected.

Setup walkthroughs

Community research

The current v0.2.0 package has same-frame OpenXR stereo and creator headset testing, but no tracked hands and a strict game-binary baseline; experimental.

Evidence checked: Creator README, v0.2.0 release notes and release asset list reviewed; README documents DX12, baseline hashes and Quest Link test.

Known limitations

  • Exact supported executable hashes/baseline are checked by installer; game updates may break compatibility.
  • Early v0.2.0 DX12 checkpoint; motion controllers are not implemented.
  • Headset test named is Quest Link/Oculus OpenXR, not a broad multi-runtime matrix.

Player reviews

Player opinion, separate from the quality label above. That label is our reading of what a method does; these are other people's experience of actually running it.

Freshness depends on reports from people who actually ran it.
