The current v0.82.0 checkpoint has automatic same-frame stereo and confirmed HUD/pause fixes with Rift CV1 testing, but core visual/stability work and exact-version constraints remain; experimental.

- Development checkpoint; stability is still under investigation and main menu, shadows, screen-space effects and gas-mask overlays are unfinished.

- Creator’s recent named test headset is Rift CV1; Linux Proton issue is open and not a supported configuration.
