This is a real PCVR implementation for the PS4 game through a bundled shadPS4 build, with tracked attacks, physical actions, item handling and a public Windows package. Emulation and headset compatibility remain configuration-sensitive.

- First launch may stutter while shaders compile; weaker GPUs may need DIBR.
- Open user issue reports discomfort with holding two-handed weapons continuously; no exact headset compatibility matrix is documented.
